Reimbursement Form
To request a check for reimbursement of an expense paid by a committee member, submit a completed Reimbursement Request form plus original or copies of receipt(s). Please have the Committee Chairperson authorize the reimbursement and submit within 30 days of the conclusion of an event or program. Submit your online reimbursement form HERE.

PTO Committee Chair FAQs
ATTENDING PTO MEETINGS:
All are welcome to attend any and all PTO meetings. Although attendance is not required, please plan on attending the PTO meeting prior to your event date. After your event, please email an Event Summary to the PTO Co-Presidents (richardsptowfb@gmail.com).
COMMUNICATIONS:
Family News: Anything you would like included in the online Family News must be submitted to richardsptowfb@gmail.com. Requests must be submitted no later than the Wednesday of the week before you want to be included in the online Family News newsletter.
Social Media Posts: Anything to be posted to the Richards PTO social media accounts should be sent to Emily Bandsma (ecbandsma@gmail.com).
Room Parent Communications: For any email communication to be distributed by Room Parents, please send an email to Lindsay Weber (lindsayruth.weber@gmail.com). She will forward it on to Room Parents for distribution.
The PTO Communications Team reserves the right to edit your submissions for length and clarity. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information. Please do not send any items directly to Chad Nelson or Stephanie Haupt.
COPYING:
Please use the copier in the Main Office to copy PTO material only. The copier is not available for PTO use between 9:00 - 10:00 am.
EVENT SCHEDULING:
Please contact Stephanie Haupt (stephanie.haupt@wfbschools.com) to schedule and to reserve space for any PTO event. Stephanie will ask for a Facilities Use Form to be completed. IF a Facilities Use Form is not requested, please email Webster Boyd, Head Custodian (webster.boyd@wfbschools.com) advance notice of any requirements for your event (i.e. the number of tables and/or chairs needed and how you would like them set up, etc.).
MAIL SLOTS:
All staff members have mail slots in the room off of the Main Office. .
STAFF LOUNGE:
Please limit time spent in the Staff Lounge and avoid bringing your child into the Lounge. Any information that you want to provide to the teachers can be given to the office.
TREASURER:
Detailed documentation is required for all PTO fundraising and spending. Check Request Forms, Deposit Forms, and Reimbursement Forms can be downloaded from the Richards PTO website. Submit all forms with receipts attached. Please submit all reimbursement requests promptly. Contact Co-Treasurer, Maya Ceniceros, at richards.treasurer@gmail.com with questions.
PTO STORAGE:
The PTO has storage in two different locations at Richards. PTO items that need to be accessed regularly are primarily stored in the front room of the Imagination Station (across from the Library). Larger items, spirit wear, PTO archives, miscellaneous decorations, etc. are stored in the PTO Closet in the OT/PT classroom (Room 7 - lowest level of Richards). The PTO Closet is locked and can only be accessed when an OT/PT student is not in the room. To schedule a time to access the PTO Closet, contact Stephanie and the PTO Co-Presidents.
PTO MAIL:
Each committee has a hanging folder in the PTO file box in the Copy Room attached to the Main Office. Please be sure to check your PTO file folder for mail and other information.
