Special Disbursement

 

Have an idea to make Richards School an even better place to learn? The PTO would love to hear from you! Each year, Richards PTO sets aside funds to support unique projects or items that enhance the school and benefit our students. No idea is too big or too small! Share yours with us!

 

To request funding:

  • Complete and submit the Special Disbursement Request Form no later than November 7, 2025.

  • Requests will be reviewed and voted on at the November 17, 2025 PTO meeting, subject to available disbursement funds.

  • Please note: the PTO cannot reimburse for any purchases made before the official vote on November 17, 2025.

The PTO board will consider all requests received by November 7, 2025.

 

Additional information:

  • The PTO reimburses only for the pre-tax subtotal amount.
